Standard Engagement Terms — Heydyn Hernandez Consulting
Scope: Services will be delivered as outlined in the proposal. Any additional scope requires written agreement and may result in adjusted fees.
Payment: Retainer invoices are due on the 1st of each month. Project fees are due 50% at signing and 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, and client data strictly confidential, both during and after the engagement.
Cancellation: Retainer engagements require 30 days written notice to cancel. Project-based work is non-refundable once kickoff has occurred.
Intellectual Property: All deliverables created become property of the client upon full payment. Heydyn Hernandez retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio/case study materials (anonymized unless client opts in).
Governing: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal action.
